Job Title: Senior Developer - AEM & React.js

Location: Frisco, TX

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Developer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React.js to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building and deploying web applications, with a focus on enhancing user experiences and performance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead projects and collaborate effectively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development & Implementation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using AEM and React.js.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional digital solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in code and ensure compliance with best practices in software development.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Innovation & Problem-solving: Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of professional development experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including component development and templates.
    • Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript, including state management and lifecycle methods.
    • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
    • Experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
    • Competence with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
