Job Details

GyanSys is looking for SAP SD CRM Lead. It's a C2C requirement for one of our direct client.

Candidate should be skilled and experienced SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Specialist with SAP CRM. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and managing SAP SD and CRM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

10 to 12 Years of Experience in SAP SD/ CRM professional
SAP SD Configuration and Implementation: Minimum of two end to end implementations in SAP SD / CRM.
Design, configure, and maintain SAP SD modules, including order-to-cash (OTC), pricing, billing, and credit management and experience in customizing the modules of SAP SD / CRM
Strong Experience is Sales Order Enhancements/ User Exists/ BAPIs
Develop and enhance integration between SD/ CRM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, and FI/CO).
SAP CRM Expertise: Implement and manage SAP CRM functionalities, including opportunity, Quote and Sales order configuration.
Drive integration of SAP SD with CRM to support seamless sales and customer interaction processes.
Solution Design and Optimization: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Propose improvements to existing SAP processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience in Testing Tools, HPQC etc.,
Preparation of Test Scripts for FUT/ITC/UAT and Strong experience on preparation of FS and working with ABAP team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business goals.
