Overview
We are seeking a versatile and driven INFOR & CPQ Developer to support the development and optimization of our Infor CloudSuite and CPQ platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong developer background who thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and is passionate about building scalable, efficient systems that support both sales and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of ERP and CPQ systems, including Infor CloudSuite and CPQ configurators.
- Build and maintain product models in the CPQ platform, ensuring accuracy in order entry and alignment with manufacturing processes.
- Develop using Infor's proprietary scripting language (LPL), Configuration Console, and IPA (Infor Process Automation).
- Create business processes, forms, fields, relations, and workflows within CloudSuite.
- Generate reports using SSRS and CloudSuite reporting tools; support the transition from Crystal Reports.
- Develop data feeds/interfaces using File Creation Utility, Data Replication, and ION (optional).
- Maintain and troubleshoot T-SQL/SSIS stored procedures and packages on Microsoft SQL Server.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and production teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support additional systems such as security, time & attendance, visitor management, and LMS as needed.
- Engage in semi-agile development using Scrum/Kanban methodologies and Jira.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing via Confluence.
- Potential for conversion to a permanent role after 6 months, supporting both production DevOps and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite or Lawson Development.
- Proficiency in GHR, FSM, and/or WFM/Agilisys Time & Attendance modules.
- Strong skills in IPA, Configuration Console, and File Creation Utility.
- Experience developing SSRS reports and supporting SQL Server environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or 1 3 years of experience in a data-driven IT environment.
