Job Title: ABAP Integration Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN or Atlanta, GA

Work Model: Hybrid with return-to-office expectation for FTEs

Type: Contract-to-Hire (Strong preference for FTE conversion)
About the Role

We're seeking experienced ABAP Integration Engineers to join our growing Center of Excellence (CoE) team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, bring deep SAP integration expertise, and are ready to contribute strategically to platform evolution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement complex ABAP integrations across SAP and Azure platforms.
  • Design and optimize CDS views, SAP backend configurations (tables, T-Codes, RFCs, BAPIs).
  • Lead integration efforts using SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP.
  • Re-architect existing solutions to improve scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with Platform Advisors and Solution Integration Architects (SIAs) to align with technology roadmaps.
  • Work independently to solve problems-this is not a helpdesk role.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven expertise in ABAP development and integration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • CDS views
    • SAP backend configuration
    • SAP Integration Suite
    • Azure platform integration
  • Ability to work without detailed instructions-must be proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing meaningfully in a hybrid team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP BTP and cloud-based integration strategies.
  • Prior involvement in invoicing or financial workflows (not required).
  • Desire and eligibility to convert to full-time employment.
