Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management.

  • Administer identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint).

  • Develop and maintain automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes.

  • Integrate IAM with various applications, systems, and cloud services.

  • Implement and enforce access control policies and audit controls.

  • Support compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) through access reviews and policy enforcement.

  • Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of IAM issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise IAM initiatives.

  • Keep up with IAM trends, threats, and technology advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3 7 years of experience in IAM roles or similar security engineering positions.

  • Strong understanding of identity governance, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).

  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, etc.

  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and integration.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their IAM models.

  • Experience with Zero Trust Architecture is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, Okta Certified Professional) are a plus.
