Product Owner: Architecting the Future of Digital Workspace Ecosystems

Overview

We are seeking a visionary Product Owner to lead the architectural design and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot services across a dynamic digital workspace ecosystem. This role bridges enterprise architecture with product ownership, aligning Copilot’s capabilities to strategic business goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define standards, ensure compliance with governance protocols, and drive adoption of AI-powered productivity tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot services into a scalable enterprise ecosystem

  • Define and maintain architectural standards, governance frameworks, and integration models

  • Align Copilot’s capabilities with business objectives through collaboration with enterprise architects, product owners, and stakeholders

  • Ensure solutions adhere to security, privacy, and data governance standards

  • Provide technical guidance during pilot phases and organization-wide rollouts

  • Monitor usage and performance of Copilot services, proposing enhancements as needed

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, Microsoft, and external partners

  • Document decisions, integration patterns, and operational procedures for consistency and knowledge transfer

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within Microsoft 365 ecosystems

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Entra ID, and AI-driven productivity tools

  • Strong grasp of identity and access management, including RBAC and PIM

  • Proficiency in cloud-native architecture, API integrations, and automation frameworks

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent

  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing enterprise environments

  • Familiarity with digital workspace governance standards

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field

  • 7+ years of professional experience in architecture, systems integration, or digital transformation roles

Additional Requirements

  • Local to Greer, SC preferred

  • Hybrid work model: 40% onsite / 60% remote (subject to change)

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias toward execution
