3. **Usability Testing**: Planning, designing, and conducting usability tests to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of prototypes or existing products. This includes defining test objectives, recruiting participants, moderating test sessions, and analyzing test results.

4. **Collaboration with Design and Development Teams**: Collaborating closely with UX designers, UI designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations and requirements.
