Job Description:
Pay Range: $35.07hr - $40.07hr
- Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace.
- Responsibilities include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment.
- Move and installation of equipment and or furniture; and other related duties.
- Activities include conducting scheduled maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults and undertaking repairs, and selecting, engaging and working with outside contractors.
- Performs routine maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical and building systems.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Knowledge of methods, practices and techniques of maintaining buildings and facilities.
- Familiar GMP environment.
- CAP process, work orders, ISO standards.
- Candidates candidates could have worked in Hospitals, semiconductor environment.
- Needs experience maintaining a Clean Room.
- Needs experience working on computer exp, Microsoft Word and documenting in the computer.
- Candidateaging projects and vendors.
- 1-2 years experience in a GMP environment.
- Business facilities environment.
