Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements to design, configure, and implement SAP EAM solutions

  • Lead requirement gathering, blueprint, and functional testing activities

  • Manage SAP team for development, testing, and implementation

  • Provide technical specifications and guide team in solution delivery

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and document project progress

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology

  • Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance module in S/4HANA environment

  • Demonstrated experience in Chemicals or Process industries

  • Proven track record in SAP integration and configuration

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in SAP EAM implementation programs

  • Familiarity with Scrum Master and Agile methodologies

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with onsite and offshore teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in S4 HANA or relevant SAP technologies

  • Experience in managing projects in remote working environments

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to lead team meetings effectively
