AWS DevOps Engineer

Our team is growing, and we re searching for an AWS DevOps Engineer who is a creative problem-solver with their fingertips on the latest industry practices to help our clients achieve digital realization. You ll join a group of industry veterans and digital natives, blending the power of tried-and-true methods with cutting-edge technologies. We prioritize authentic partnerships in a collaborative environment, and we re excited to welcome a AWS DevOps Engineer who is eager to bring their expertise to our team.

Responsibilities:

Enablement of Kore.ai platform; creating the build/deploy pipeline for , build, test automation, and deployment of chat/IVR bots and potentially others.

Development of continuous integration and delivery pipeline for vendor products.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain AWS infrastructure (CloudFormation, Lambda, EC2, EventBridge, etc);
• Built and maintained Continuous Integration build pipelines using Github Actions with Unit/integration testing, change capture & audit;
• Build and maintained Continuous Deployment pipelines using Github Actions with Scripted one touch deployments;
• Experience with ITIL change management platforms (ServiceNow preferred); Strong scripting language proficiencies (Python, Bash, etc)
• Experience with and /or Experience with Genesys PureCloud
