Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Hardware Admin with strong SAP skills to support our operations and finance teams. This role is responsible for managing parts invoicing, coordinating warranty processes, tracking orders, and ensuring accurate documentation and vendor communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple administrative tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities: Process and approve invoices in SAP for parts and services. Track parts orders, deliveries, and warranty claims using SAP and internal systems. Coordinate with vendors for Mac repairs and warranty services. Maintain accurate records by scanning and logging parts and related documents. Monitor and manage inventory and parts flow through SAP. Dispatch work orders and assign equipment (e.g., laptops) to appropriate personnel. Ensure timely communication with vendors and internal teams regarding order status and service updates. Support general administrative tasks related to invoicing and operations. Qualifications: Proficiency in SAP, especially in invoicing, order tracking, and workflow management. Strong organizational and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in administrative support, finance, or operations preferred. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with warranty processes and vendor coordination. Experience in a logistics, operations, or administrative support role. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and document management systems.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
