Akkodis is seeking a Consultant for a Contract job with a client in Morristown, NJ. The ideal candidate must have experience in Kronos/UKG implementations, with strong hands-on expertise in configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
Rate Range: $60.61/hour to $75.76/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Consultant job responsibilities include:
- Perform hands-on technical design, prototyping, and development tasks for Kronos/UKG implementation projects.
- Configure UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
- Set up and troubleshoot Kronos Clock Terminals.
- Lead solution development ensuring scalability and alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to technical standards.
- Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and manage assigned deliverables.
- Monitor and resolve issues, participate in validation/testing and release activities.
- Document design and code consistently throughout the development process.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 6-8+ years of experience as a Kronos/UKG Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).
- UKG Certification and experience with Dell Boomi integration platform.
- Experience with SQL programming and Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving Kronos-related technical issues.
