Title : Terraform & DevOps Metrics Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Terraform Provider Engineer with a strong understanding of DevOps performance metrics to design, build, and maintain infrastructure automation and developer productivity analytics. This role combines hands-on Terraform provider development (Go) with implementing DORA metrics dashboards and insights on Opsera zzz. You will collaborate across platform, DevOps, and engineering teams to automate infrastructure provisioning, define infrastructure-as-code standards, and enable visibility into software delivery performance. Key Responsibilities: Terraform Provider Development: Design, develop, and maintain a custom Terraform provider to integrate with internal or external APIs and services. Implement CRUD operations, resource schemas, and data sources using Go and Terraform Plugin Framework. Write unit and acceptance tests and manage CI/CD pipelines for provider releases. Collaborate with DevOps teams to standardize Terraform modules and workflows across environments.

DORA Metrics & OpsEra Integration:

Set up and maintain DORA metrics in OpsEra. Integrate OpsEra with CI/CD tools to collect and visualize performance data. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports for engineering leadership. Partner with engineering managers and SREs to analyze bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement. Establish data pipelines or APIs between Terraform, OpsEra, and source control systems for end-to-end visibility.
