RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an FS 60 % FE 40% BE (Angular, Java, AWS) in Westlake, TX.

Duties:
* Mobile development (iOS and Android e.g., Kotlin and Swift), including user preference handling
* Contributing to architectural discussions, with the ability to articulate a strong point of view and collaborate closely with dedicated architecture teams
* Debugging and performance optimization skills in Web, API and Mobile environments demonstrating tools such as Charles Proxy, Chrome Developer Tool, Postman/Insomnia
* Working multi-functionally with marketing and product teams to align on user experience and communication preferences
* Use Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices, including the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven focus on web and mobile application development
* Experience with mobile development (iOS and Android e.g., Kotlin and Swift), including user preference handling
* Experience working multi-functionally with marketing and product teams to align on user experience and communication preferences
* Solid experience with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices, including the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
* Demonstrable experience contributing to architectural discussions, with the ability to articulate a strong point of view and collaborate closely with dedicated architecture teams
* Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and RESTful API design
* Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
* Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in Web, API and Mobile environments demonstrating tools such as Charles Proxy, Chrome Developer Tool, Postman/Insomnia

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
