Title: Systems Analyst 3 PeopleSoft FSCM (AR/Billing Focus)

Location: Hybrid Austin, TX (Remote initially)

Durations:12 Months
Hours: Mon Fri, 8 AM 5 PM CT (May include off-hours based on project needs)

Job Description:

HHSC seeks 2 experienced Systems Analyst 3 professionals to support the implementation and integration of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules.

Responsibilities include:

Gathering business requirements and performing fit-gap analyses
Mapping data to/from legacy and third-party systems
Writing functional specs and collaborating with technical teams
Supporting testing, training, documentation, and production readiness
Participating in system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

8	Required	Experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
8	Required	Experience as a business analyst, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
8	Required	Experience as a business analyst in gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis with subject matter experts.
8	Required	Experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
8	Required	(at least 4) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
8	Required	(at least 2) Experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
4	Preferred	Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
2	Preferred	Experience as a business analyst in Asset Management
2	Preferred	Experience as a business analyst in Accounts Payable
2	Preferred	Experience as a business analyst in General Ledger
2	Preferred	Experience working with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system
2	Preferred	Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
