Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, preferably within the technology or data management sectors.
- Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of data management principles, AI technologies, and cloud platforms like Databricks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in risk management, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus
