Job Details
Position: Peoplesoft Techno Functional Architect
Location: Durham, NC (On-site from day1)
Duration: 12 months
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Provide L2/L3 support for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 & 9.2 focusing on Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing and Contracts.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing production support.
- Customization & Reporting: Design, develop, and document customizations using Peopletools. Oversee the development and testing of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business users to understand and address system-related issues and ensure alignment with business needs. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to develop and support teams.
Onsite resource requirements:
- Min 10 years of experience in Support, Maintenance and Enhancement of PeopleSoft FSCM system.
- Strong business process knowledge in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Supply Chain, Billing and Contracts.
- Experience working closely with Business to understand and troubleshooting issues.
- Strong expertise in Peopletools specifically Application Engine, Peoplecode, Component Interface and SQR
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Offshore Onsite coordination and handoff.
