About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineering Consultant, you will lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives that drive strategic outcomes across large-scale software engineering efforts. This contingent role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex challenges involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
Responsibilities

Provide strategic consultation on complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
Analyze and resolve multifaceted technical challenges, including those involving unprecedented or intangible factors.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and technical standards.
Contribute to planning and execution of long-term engineering strategies and deliverables.
Partner with client teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement across platforms and processes.

Technical Skills

ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
- Performance Analytics
- UI Builder
- StreamConnect
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Development Experience:
- ServiceNow Development (4-6 years)
- General Software Engineering (6+ years)

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
Proven ability to work on large-scale, complex systems and deliver high-quality solutions.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and performance optimization.
