Responsibilities
- Provide strategic consultation on complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and resolve multifaceted technical challenges, including those involving unprecedented or intangible factors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and technical standards.
- Contribute to planning and execution of long-term engineering strategies and deliverables.
- Partner with client teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement across platforms and processes.

- Performance Analytics
- UI Builder
- StreamConnect
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Development Experience:
- ServiceNow Development (4-6 years)
- General Software Engineering (6+ years)
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proven ability to work on large-scale, complex systems and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and performance optimization.
