Position: IT Key Account Manager Remote (India | 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the IT Services and Managed Services domain. This is a remote role aligned with US business hours (5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key IT client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

  • Focus on account farming expanding business within existing accounts

  • Drive renewals, upsells, and long-term client partnerships

  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to fulfill client needs

  • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Account Management or Client Success

  • Proven record of farming and growing existing client relationships

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience working with US-based clients preferred
