Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks using Selenium or similar software tool
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python and/or C## for scripting and test automation
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze test requirements and design effective automation strategies
- Experience creating and maintaining automated test suites for UI, API, and regression testing
- Familiarity with test planning, script execution, and defect lifecycle management using Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid SDLCs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with mocking and stubbing techniques for isolated testing.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and Dev/Sec/Ops (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Exposure to financial services platforms or commercial lending systems
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., qTest, JIRA, TestRail)
- Understanding of data-driven testing and reporting validation through automation
- Certification ISTQB or similar such as: Certified Tester, Agile Tester or Performance Tester
