- Must have 10 + years in Salesforce, 3-5 of those years need to be in true Salesforce Architecture
- Must have Vlocity and Field Service Lightning
- Need to have some level of AWS Connect or SCV (Service Cloud Voice)
- Candidates need to be able to have high level architectural conversations without being prompted
- Must have good communication skills, good body language during the interview and have enthusiasm about the role
- Candidates need to have certifications.
