This Salesforce Technical Lead will drive the conceptualization, development, and rollout of innovative Salesforce solutions while simultaneously providing strategic technical leadership, guiding a team of talented Salesforce developers toward realizing their full potential. Responsibilities include:
Lead the conceptualization, development, and rollout of innovative Salesforce solutions.
Provide strategic technical leadership.
Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ascertain requirements, delineate project scope, and craft bespoke solutions tailored to meet business imperatives.
Architect robust solutions that harness the entire spectrum of Salesforce capabilities, including but not limited to declarative configuration, Apex coding, Lightning components, and seamless integrations with external systems.
Champion Salesforce data integration paradigms to facilitate seamless synchronization between Salesforce and external systems
Act as a revered authority on Salesforce development, offering sagacious counsel on technical architecture, solution design, and implementation strategies.
Effectively convey technical intricacies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Implement robust CI/CD pipelines within Salesforce.
Requirements
8+ years of Salesforce development experience
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Experience working with Salesforce development tools and technologies, encompassing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
Exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating technical concepts to technical and non-technical users alike
Keen problem-solving aptitude, coupled with an unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch solutions.
Experience in Agile development environments, leveraging Azure DevOps for streamlined project management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
