Provide legacy SAP ECC5 communication to TLS 1.2+ enabled servers
Implement a solution that allows legacy SAP ECC5 to send encrypted data to modern TLS 1.2+ enabled servers
Current state
SAP ECC5 supports TLS 1.0 as the highest version
Remote site (Precision Web Server) expect TLS 1.2 or higher
API Management will not accept traffic below TLS 1.2 as lower protocols are considered insecure.
