Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform & SharePoint Developer to join our USIT team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in SharePoint (on-prem and online), Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and a strong ability to communicate technical solutions effectively. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business solutions that improve collaboration, automate workflows, and provide actionable insights through data visualization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint (including SharePoint Online).


  • 3+ years of experience with Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).


  • 2+ years of experience with the broader Power Platform.


  • 1+ year of experience with Power BI and Tableau.


  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, workflows, site collections, and permissions.


  • Solid understanding of data visualization principles and DAX for Power BI.


  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint.


  • Experience integrating Power Platform tools with third-party services and APIs.


  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
