Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop operating systems and applications.

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions in Active Directory.

  • Provide L1/L2 end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

  • Perform patch management, system updates, and security configurations.

  • Maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of desktop systems with enterprise applications.

  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Assist in hardware/software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.




Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange administration.

  • Knowledge of endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.).

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work as a team player.




Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Windows Server administration knowledge.

  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Batch).

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management).

  • Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft 365 Certified.
