JOB DESCRIPTION

The Director, D2C plays pivotal role in leading our fast-growing D2C sales. This position will oversee the execution of the company's D2C strategy, including sales campaigns, promotions and demand forecasting. They will also nurture a high-performing team and work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment with company goals and targets.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
  • Oversee the day-to-day sales operations of Corsair.com and Drop.com platforms to meet revenue and profit goals
  • Work with Channel Marketing, GTM and Corporate Marketing to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions to drive revenue growth and conversion
  • Track and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. This includes using data to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Oversee team's demand forecast and management to ensure that products are in stock. This includes working with the cross-functional teams to understand upcoming product launches and the supply chain team to ensure inventory availability
  • Lead and manage a team of D2C professionals to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This includes setting goals, developing and executing action plans, and providing coaching and mentoring
  • Responsible for D2C sales and gross margin targets - track and report business results, provide weekly updates to executives and cross-functional BU Leaders
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 7+ years experience in a direct-to-consumer businesses with merchandising and commercialization exposure, sales planning and experience managing site experience a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce leadership, with a focus on direct-to-consumer sales required
  • BS/BA in marketing, economics, business, or other technical field preferred
  • Experience setting and managing to sales and margin goals using available analytics and cross-team resources
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute eCommerce strategies that drive results.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, conversion rate optimization, and email marketing.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of the computer peripheral and hardware industry; able to understand and forecast the competitive landscapes, trends, etc.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Salary Range $160,000-$190,000 USD
