Job Title: Oracle Fusion Payroll Expert

Location: Remote/Hybrid - Baltimore, Maryland

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Payroll Expert with deep understanding of Oracle Time and Labour and Oracle Absence Management. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity. The expert will be responsible for the planning, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll and associated modules.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the functional planning, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll, Time and Labour, and Absence Management.
2. Develop and maintain functional specifications for enhancements, integrations, and reports related to Oracle Fusion Payroll.
3. Provide expert-level support and advice to the HR and Finance teams on payroll operations in Oracle Fusion.
4. Perform system configurations for Oracle Fusion Payroll modules according to business requirements.
5. Conduct functional testing of Oracle Fusion Payroll, Time and Labour, and Absence Management systems to ensure smooth operations.
6. Provide training to end-users and develop user guides and documentation.
7. Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion Payroll with other systems.
8. Stay updated with the latest updates and improvements in Oracle Fusion Payroll and associated modules.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll, with a functional role in Oracle Time and Labour, Oracle Absence Management is a plus.
3. Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll.
4. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
