Agile Technical Product Owner Advisor - Client Experience SAP Commerce Cloud

Position Overview:

CuraScript SD, a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor and a subsidiary of Evernorth - a Cigna Company, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agile Technical Product Owner Advisor to lead the client experience strategy for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the product vision and roadmap for eCommerce capabilities integrated with SAP S4 ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Agile Product Owner for SAP Commerce Cloud initiatives, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business value.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and SAP functional experts to define and deliver product increments.

  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos.

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of WRICEF objects and system configurations.

  • Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and enhancements.

  • Maintain deep functional knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud and its integration with SAP S4/HANA.

  • Oversee testing and validation of system changes, ensuring quality and compliance with business needs.

Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) configuration and product ownership, including Catalog, Checkout, Order Management, and Returns.

  • 3+ years of Agile Product Owner experience with proven ability to manage backlogs and deliver customer-centric solutions.

  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Cloud and SAP ECC integration.

  • 2+ years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud implementations.

  • Experience with PIM, CMS, OM integrations, Cockpits, Impex, Data Hub, and B2B accelerators.

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, J2EE, HTML, and related technologies is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, Solution Manager, and CPI integration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical distribution and supply chain management.

  • Prior involvement in SAP implementation or upgrade projects.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
