Job Title: SAP OTC Solution Architect Procurement & Manufacturing (Pharma)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Solution Architect with strong expertise in Procurement and Manufacturing to support digital transformation initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP solution design and implementation, aligning business processes with SAP best practices while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the SAP OTC Solution Architect, designing and implementing end-to-end business processes across OTC, Procurement (P2P), and Manufacturing domains.
  • Lead the solution design across SAP S/4HANA modules such as SD, MM, PP, and WM/EWM, ensuring integration and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and ensure alignment with industry-specific needs.
  • Define and document system architecture, data flows, integration points, and configuration strategies.
  • Oversee solution implementation, including testing, validation, and deployment in compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory, Finance, etc.) to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Guide and mentor technical and functional teams, including offshore/onshore consultants.
  • Manage change impact analysis, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
  • Support project governance, milestone tracking, and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP with a strong focus on OTC (SD), Procurement (MM), and Manufacturing (PP, WM/EWM).
  • Proven experience in architecting and delivering SAP solutions in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • In-depth understanding of GxP requirements, data integrity, and validation processes.
  • Strong integration experience across SAP modules and third-party systems (e.g., MES, LIMS, CRM).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Hybrid methodologies and global implementations.
