Position: Administrative Assistant - SAP & Purchasing Support
Type: Contract-to-Hire (1 year)
Location: Maplewood, MN
Rate: $21-$23/hr
Responsibilities:

Manage SAP purchasing processes, including creation of purchase orders, delivery tracking, confirmation, and invoice/payment coordination.

Provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed.

Perform general administrative duties, such as:
-
Creating nameplates and in/out board tags for new employees
-
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
-
Updating and maintaining Purchase Order spreadsheets
-
Handling facilities requests (e.g., cleaning services, equipment maintenance)
-
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested
-

Serve as a liaison for domestic and international shipping for R&D.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant with SAP experience.

Strong SAP knowledge, including setting up POs and shopping carts, and troubleshooting issues.

Shipping experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.
