- Must willing to work onsite /Hybrid
- Must have minimum 11+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
- Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet user needs and business goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Develop personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs and behaviors
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.
- Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment
