Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with experience testing AI-based applications to join our team The ideal candidate will have strong skills in automation testing, prompt engineering, and SQL query creation, with the ability to ensure quality and performance in advanced AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform QA testing on AI applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to validate AI model outputs and workflows.
- Utilize tools such as promptfoo (preferred but not required) to assess AI performance and accuracy.
- Design and implement automation testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate backend data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and product teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Document test cases, results, and recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in QA testing for AI applications or related advanced technology systems.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for AI/ML models.
- Experience with promptfoo is a plus.
- Strong background in automation testing techniques and tools.
- Advanced SQL skills for writing and executing queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Additional Information
- Location: Candidate must be local to Charlotte, NC, with the ability to work on-site as needed.
