Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to lead the automation testing strategy, framework design, and execution across projects. The ideal candidate will mentor QA engineers, collaborate closely with development and product teams, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable software releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and define automation testing strategy across web, mobile, and API applications

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks

  • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and automation scripts

  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)

  • Mentor and guide QA automation engineers and testers

  • Coordinate with Developers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams

  • Track defects, analyze root causes, and ensure timely closure

  • Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and reporting to stakeholders

  • Drive best practices in test automation, performance, and security testing

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Software Testing, with strong focus on Automation

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:

    • Selenium / Cypress / Playwright

    • Appium (for mobile testing)

  • Strong programming knowledge in Java / Python / JavaScript

  • Experience in API testing (RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI)

  • Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

  • Experience in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
