Job Details

Position: eDiscovery Litigation Support Analyst

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX (5 days onsite role)

Term: 4 years+

The role involves working with eDiscovery litigation support tools like Relativity, Nuix, IPRO Eclipse, and others in support of federal investigations and prosecutions. This is a high-impact, on-site position with long-term contract potential (multi-year) and great visibility supporting a federal law enforcement mission.

Relevant experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, and tools administration

Preferred Skillset

  • 3+ years of experience in a litigation support, eDiscovery, and/or technology support environment, preferably within the Government, but a law firm or top eDiscovery vendor is also acceptable.
  • Experience with eDiscovery technical experience in compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support project task requirements.
  • Knowledge of information resources and file types.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.
  • An understanding of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery/document review processes, procedures and practices is required.
  • Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
  • Experience with providing end-user support on all Litigation Support applications, including but not limited to assisting with end-user training.
  • Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO Eclipse, Cloud Nine Law, Beyond Compare and/or other applicable eDiscovery software platforms.
  • Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.
