Configure Mitel phones

Configure Mitel Ignite call center software

Make Mitel phone changes as tickets come in

Deploy Mitel phones to all sites

Troubleshoot Mitel phone issues

Adjust hunt groups

Assign new phone numbers

Support Mitel voice mail server

Troubleshoot daily issues that arise on Mitel phone system

E911 testing

Configuring MS Teams soft phones

Provide knowledge transfer to Met Council staff
Minimum Qualifications

Five (5) years' experience as a Mitel certified telephone engineer

Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months as a Mitel professional
Desired Skills

Mitel Ignite call center certified

Mitel certified on MiVoice Business platform

Mitel certified on MiCollab platform

Mitel Certified on MiVoice Platform

Mitel experience with NuPoint voice mail server

Mitel experience on MiVoice Border Gateway
