Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Information Security Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring robust security governance and compliance in a dynamic services environment. This position offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that strengthen security policies, controls, and regulatory adherence while leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and controls to safeguard organizational assets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements and industry standards using the ServiceNow platform.
Provide strategic input for technology solutions that enhance security governance and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality security solutions aligned with business goals.
Lead mid-to-large sized projects, offering thought leadership and technical expertise.
Solve complex security challenges while guiding and mentoring less experienced team members.
Conduct risk assessments and implement best practices to mitigate potential security vulnerabilities.
Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies to continuously improve security measures.
Partner with vendors to optimize security frameworks and ensure effective implementation.
Drive the adoption of industry-leading practices in information assurance and risk management.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in information security governance, risk, and compliance.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in a financial services setting.
Strong knowledge of financial regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
Master's degree or advanced certification in Information Assurance or Financial Risk is preferred.
One relevant certification required, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and manage complex projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering results.
