Position: Senior Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Madison, WI

We are currently seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer for one of our clients based in Madison, WI. This consultant will play a key role in providing first- and second-level technical support. Responsibilities include routine troubleshooting and resolution of more complex issues using established procedures, all while delivering exceptional customer service to support the institution's mission through effective use of information technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Resolve complex technical issues using documented procedures
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and effective communication
  • Collaborate with team members while also being capable of working independently

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of delivering professional and courteous customer service
