Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Security Project Manager

Mandatory skills

Mandatory Qualifications: The proposed consultant must meet the following MQs. Staff experience must have occurred within the last ten (10) years.

Project Management  Experience: A minimum  of  ten  (10)  years  of  experience managing complex IT projects, including full lifecycle oversight (planning through closeout), within the public sector or similarly regulated environments.

Project Management Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience managing system modernization or replacement initiatives for enterprise platforms involving multiple stakeholders and integrated systems.

Strategic and Operational Leadership: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams, including business analysts, technical staff, vendors, and stakeholder agencies.

Stakeholder Engagement and Governance: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience of strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present at executive-level meetings and summarize complex project issues clearly.

Project Controls and Documentation: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience Strong capabilities in schedule management, scope control, staffing coordination, quality assurance, and change management.

Project Controls and Documentation: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience producing project deliverables such as Project Management Plans (PMP), risk logs, training documentation, migration plans, and system decommissioning plans.

Project Controls and Documentation: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience to commitment to maintaining a decision log with justifications and a comprehensive project documentation repository.

Location and Residence: Must be located, and all access and storage for, systems and data, must be within the Continental United States of America.

B. Desirable Qualifications (DQ): Staff experience must have occurred within the last ten (10) years for each DQ.

Public Sector and Compliance Knowledge: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing projects involving systems subject to security, privacy, and compliance mandates (e.g., National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA), Government Code (GC) 11549, Civil Code 1798.29).

Public Sector and Compliance Knowledge: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience understanding of government budgeting, procurement, and legislative processes.

Public Sector and Compliance Knowledge: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with State or Federal government agencies, including familiarity with California’s  State Administrative  Manual  (SAM)  and  Statewide  Information Management Manual (SIMM).

Strategic and Operational Leadership: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience leading efforts involving procurement, vendor onboarding, and solution implementation (Software as a Solution preferred).

Strategic and Operational Leadership: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience and ability to translate executive direction into actionable project plans and provide strategic updates to executive leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement and Governance: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience demonstrating success in facilitating cross-agency coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project governance reporting.

Technical and Functional Understanding: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing the gathering and validation of business and technical requirements, including input from large, mid-size, and small-scale agencies.

Technical and Functional Understanding: A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with familiarity with incident response platforms, event notification systems, and Governance and Incident Reporting tools.

Active Certification(s) in Cybersecurity:

CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)

OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)

CGRC (Certified in Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

Active Certification(s) in Project Management:

PMP (Project Management Professional)

CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)

PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments)

PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner).
