Security Trainer -

Location: Reston, VA

Description:

Content Design: Collaborate with Security Coaches, Security Advisors and SME(s) to design the training modules to align with Mortgage industry based security best practices.
Content Development: The trainers develop the presentation once the design is reviewed and approved by functional area SMEs and Security advisors.
Content Delivery: Upon final review/approval from the functional area SME s, and the Information Security Trainers deliver the presentation to the different security cohorts
Create and update training materials as new tech capabilities, patterns are fielded, or processes are created or modified
Research, recommend and provide as necessary processes, industry standards and other means that enhance the quality, efficiency, and productivity of the program
Host weekly Cohort training sessions
Host Bi-Weekly Office hours for Q& A
Information Security Trainers are responsible for closing feedback loop from the cohorts and customers, by bringing back the topics of interest back to the program backlog.
Excellent work ethics and organizational, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of computer languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++
Information Security Trainers are responsible to generate the cohort user progress report bi-weekly.
Ad hoc training to address newly identified security related issues/ topics tailored to environment and setup
Generate FAQ/community of best practices
