Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Data & BI Analyst to join our Data & Analytics practice team. This role will be pivotal in designing and building a new enterprise data platform using Microsoft Fabric, while collaborating closely with customers and development teams. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics, combined with strong communication and analytical skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in data platform architecture and development, preferably with Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Data Engineering using PySpark, Fabric Pipelines, Power BI, T-SQL, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to guide technical teams and manage project deliverables.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and certifications with Azure/Fabric Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks).
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and modern data integration patterns.
- Background in consulting or customer-facing roles.
- Experience of 3-5 years in Microsoft Azure or Fabric platform solutions and projects.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics using data science, AI/ML models and LLM, GenAI areas will be a plus.
- Microsoft certifications in Fabric platform like Analytics (DP-600), Data Engineer (DP-700) or similar certifications in Azure.
