Job Description:
- Provide advice to the EWS Support Team and EWS Business Partners throughout the SOX process to continually enhance internal controls (20%)
- Perform, manage, and appropriately document work activities relating to systems, sub-projects, operational procedures, or processes. (15%)
- For enhancements: plan, analyze, and deliver high quality software solutions in accordance with IT project management standards.
- For operations and application maintenance and support: plan and lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements. Track ENP tickets associated with the SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration System (IGA) application
- Provide analysis and support to leadership for the SOX Compliance Program including ongoing reporting of performance improvements, organizational initiatives and compliance related communications associated with the Non-NERC side of IGA
- Contribute to the documentation and evaluation of control deficiencies
Primary Purpose
This person will manage incidents, events, problems, changes, and production releases associated with the SailPoint IIQ which is a Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) System in coordination with managed service provider resources. This person will work with the MSP to manage any issues and will communicate with business owners to understand, prioritize, and document their requirements. This person responsible the daily operations of the IGA system support including ongoing support and maintenance of this system to ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement. Responsible for understanding of customer's business needs, processes, and workflows to determine requirements for an integrated identity and access management capability.
This person will report to the Manager, IT and will be responsible for the implementation and upkeep of SailPoint IIQ IGA application and SOX Compliance impacts associated. This includes understanding the technology but is not limited to SOX Audit and Regulatory Impacts to the Application. They may be called upon to provide emergency on-call services after hours. This Role will support IAMS in contacting support vendors and inspecting and verifying vendor deliverables against awarded contracts. This Role provides ongoing support and maintenance of the system to ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement. They will help troubleshoot security-related computer system problems to repair them and recommend corrective action with a Vendor Support Team. This person will communicate all process and procedural changes to EWS Security Applications and its Business Partners. Lastly, they will help other team members learn appropriate theories, practices and principles that relate to their skill set portfolio interacting with the SailPoint IIQ application.
Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
Primary Duties
- Perform, manage, and appropriately document work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners. Assist others in long range portfolio planning and prioritizing work and work schedule within the confines of current year financial commitments. (10%)

- Help coordinate testing of internal control of the (SailPoint IIQ) IGA Application with SOX Internal Audit and external auditors to share results and create efficiencies (15%)
- Assist in creation of documentation for products and services. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model (10%)
- Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders (10%)
- Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel and provide performance and development feedback as required (10%)
- Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function (10%)

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 4 to 7 years experience in Information Technology or, in lieu of a degree, 6 to 9 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
- Strong problem solving and analysis ability.
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with remote project teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts of change management, release management, patch and vulnerability management, and incident response processes and protocols.

- Experience with large enterprise-wide systems design, development, and support.
- Have or be able to develop strong system architecture skills, with the ability to view the overall picture of an application as well as integrations.
- Experience with complex, integrated, large-scale Enterprise systems; understanding of applications architectures for a system of systems , cloud and on-prem systems, workflows, and business processes.
- Experience in regulatory compliance environments such as: Sarbanes-Oxley, NERC CIP, HIPAA, PCI
- Familiarity with principles of Application Portfolio Management (APM), including business analysis, work planning, quality controls, operations and support, and project management.
- Deep experience with application software development lifecycle models, both waterfall and iterative.
- Experience with partnering with the Risk Management team to ensure alignment of the IT Risk, SOX and Audit programs with the larger business program and goals
- Experience with applications such as Access Governance System (AGS) application and SailPoint IIQ or able to learn rapidly
- Understanding of System Architecture
- Manage and respond to incidents impacting the SailPoint IIQ application
- Ability to identify defects in hardware and software, through data and log analysis, that result in incidents, develop solutions to permanently fix incidents
- Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of the technology stack used by the application to be able to quickly ascertain the root cause of an issue
- Understanding of DR (Disaster Recovery) /HA (High Availability) Architecture and support to (DR) drills
- Ability to provide support and guidance to other application and project teams seeking to integrate with the SailPoint IIQ IGA Application; support testing, QA deployment, production deployment, and production verification of integrations developed by these teams.
- Management and performance of patching cycles, password expirations, and certificate renewals
- Support to SOX compliance investigations and audit/activities
- Experience working with and coordinating development with a managed service provider
- Management of Support Team personnel with understanding of applicable SOX requirements such as password changes, patching cycles, maintaining baselines, conducting DR drills, protection of information, and completing the associated administration and evidence gathering.
