Job Description:-
What you will need to have:
- Experience with Customer Communication Management technologies, OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, or other relevant platforms
- Experience with .NET technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with tools and frameworks relevant to the specific technologies used.
- Able to provide 24 x 7 on call Support on a rotational basis
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages.
- Knowledge of transmission software, such as Connect Direct or NDM
- Able to stay current on company products, policies, procedures, and system enhancements
- Able to make decisions and solve problems that are general in nature and for which there are precedents
- REXX and CICS knowledge
- Certificate or formal training in mainframe development technologies
- COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, TSO, CA7
