  • Synthesize results into clear insights and business cases to support conversion rate optimization and retention goals
  • Maintain a repository of learnings and develop dashboards to support team-wide visibility of progress and impact

Technical Enablement

  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, segmentation, statistical significance, and performance measurement
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills; proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives forward
  • Experience developing and maintaining test roadmaps, documenting results, and scaling learnings across teams
  • Ability to build or modify tests within experimentation platforms using basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Proficiency in UX/design tools such as Figma for prototyping or collaboration
  • Competency in creating business cases or financial impact modeling for optimization efforts
