We're seeking a Technology Delivery Lead (TDL) to champion value delivery, coach agile teams, and act as a crucial liaison across all stakeholders.

• Lead multiple technology projects simultaneously, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of complex solutions.
• Champion value delivery by actively coaching technology teams and stakeholders to adopt an Agile Minimum Viable Product (MVP) mindset.
• Translate intricate business requirements into clear technical specifications, creating detailed work items such as Epics, Features, and User Stories using Agile best practices.
• Deeply understand the products under development and expertly facilitate the Agile product development process through iterative planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, leveraging tools like Azure DevOps.
• Take ownership of production issues, proactively driving solutions and providing critical assistance to Application Support Analysts as needed.
• Ensure robust quality assurance, participating in creating comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases, and ensuring releases align with SDLC guidelines.
• Provide critical project and audit visibility and transparency through clear, consistent communication across teams and with management.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external teams to organize, schedule, and resolve work dependencies and impediments, particularly in large, cross-team initiatives.
• Create and maintain vital system documentation for technology applications and services, assisting developers with release planning and execution.
• Coach and mentor junior Technology Delivery Leads and Application Support Analysts on core Agile principles and values, fostering continuous growth.
• Collaborate effectively with audit and risk teams to assess controls, manage risks, ensure compliance, and address findings within SDLC processes.
• Coordinate all audit activities, ensuring identified risks are properly addressed and thoroughly documented with clear resolution proofs.

• Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Proven experience creating manual test plans, scenarios, test cases, and Gherkin, with an advanced understanding of TDD vs. BDD and automation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with most/all major enterprise solutions including TFS, Azure DevOps, CRM, SharePoint, .Net, SSIS, BI, SQL, and ETL.
• Strong ability to understand product requirements and translate needs into effective delivery plans.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical and non-technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in planning, change management, and complex problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, including writing and executing SQL Queries.
