Project Coordinator | 3-5 Years of Experience | Onsite | Hilton Head/Coastal Market, SC | Contract

Walker Healthforce is seeking a Project Coordinator with 3-5 Years of Experience to support a healthcare client based out of Hilton Head/Coastal Market, SC. This is a 8-month contract opportunity.

START DATE: June 16, 2025
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Onsite daily 5 days a week 8-5 hours with flexibility
WORKER TYPE: Full-Time W2

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Provides administrative/project support for the South Carolina Transition project.
  • Drives task management and follow-up to ensure projects are current and accurately reflect the project state, and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborates with project leads/team members to ensure they are updated on potential issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Obtains, consolidates, and maintains project materials and reports.
  • Coordinates meetings to keep assigned projects on schedule.
  • Coordinates tasks assigned to meet project needs.
  • Manages materials and coordinates all information and requests for deliverables to team leadership by deadlines.
  • Attends meetings and documents meeting minutes.
  • Coordinates proper approval of information.
  • Ensures follow-up is completed and communication occurs on next steps.
  • Maintains budget tools to assist leaders in tracking and managing the budget.
  • Processes documents, prepares reports, troubleshoots issues, reconciles, and collaborates with leaders and finance on assignments.
  • Manages some or all aspects of assigned project(s) and/or project tasks and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
  • Responsible for project management activities and support of onsite functions including: Procurement and inventory and asset management, Hardware deployment preparations, Hardware installation coordination, Acting as a liaison between IT and operations as required.
