Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, build, and execute automated test frameworks that ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of enterprise applications. You will contribute to quality strategy, work closely with development and DevOps teams, and help modernize testing processes across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Build scalable and reusable automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Develop test scripts for UI, API, and regression testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and test complex features.
  • Execute functional, performance, smoke, and regression test cycles.
  • Create test plans, test cases, test data, and detailed bug reports.
  • Maintain test suites and optimize them for speed and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot failures and analyze root causes to improve automation coverage.
  • Contribute to overall quality strategy and QA process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on automation experience (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).
  • Knowledge of Java/Python/JavaScript for writing test scripts.
  • API testing experience with Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
  • Experience testing microservices and cloud-based applications.
  • Familiarity with SQL for validating data.

Preferred:

  • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with containerized test environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
