This role sits at the intersection of beverage manufacturing and technology integration, offering a unique opportunity to drive change and shape the future of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and oversee projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and integrating technology solutions into our operations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Industry Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the beverage industry, acquired through experience at leading companies such as Coke, Pepsi, Evian, or Nestle Water, to drive strategic initiatives and best practices adoption.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and innovation in beverage manufacturing. This includes familiarity with AI, ML, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Manufacturing Process Optimization: Work closely with production teams to streamline bottling, filling, and packaging processes. Leverage your expertise to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
Equipment Knowledge: Demonstrate proficiency in the operation and maintenance of beverage manufacturing equipment, with a strong preference for experience with OEMs such as Krones, Sidel, and KHS.
Qualifications:
Fluency in German: Must be proficient in both spoken and written German to effectively communicate with stakeholders and partners.
Beverage Industry Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience working in the beverage industry, preferably at renowned companies like Coke, Pepsi, Evian, or Nestle Water.
Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Technology Acumen: Familiarity with technology platforms such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
Industry 4.0 Knowledge: Understanding of Industry 4.0 principles, including IIoT, sensor technologies, and edge devices, and their relevance to modern manufacturing processes.
Equipment Expertise: Hands-on experience with beverage manufacturing equipment, particularly with OEMs like Krones, Sidel, and KHS, is preferred.
