The ideal candidate will provide frontline technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage computer equipment inventory, and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
Perform desktop support including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and software.
Maintain and manage IT inventory, including tracking assets, coordinating procurement, and handling equipment replacements.
Assist users with technical requests, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
Document work, update asset records, and support routine IT maintenance tasks.
