Job Details

We are seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist with strong customer service, desktop support, and inventory control experience. The ideal candidate will provide frontline technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage computer equipment inventory, and ensure smooth daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.

  • Perform desktop support including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and software.

  • Maintain and manage IT inventory, including tracking assets, coordinating procurement, and handling equipment replacements.

  • Assist users with technical requests, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Document work, update asset records, and support routine IT maintenance tasks.
