Job Overview
- 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a Level 2 or mid-tier support role.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with both onsite and remote support responsibilities.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microsoft Windows OS (desktop and server)
- Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
- macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
- Proficiency in:
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software
- Managing printers, copiers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Supporting lab environments and specialized equipment
- Familiarity with:
- IT service management (ITSM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk)
- Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, SCCM)
- Inventory and asset management systems
