Press Set Up Associate | $20+ per hour | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday (overtime until 4:30 PM as needed)

The Press Set Up Associate will be responsible for setting up progressive dies in the metal stamping industry. This role involves working with presses ranging from 100 to 800+ tonnage to ensure efficient and accurate production. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and precision to the team.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust progressive dies for metal stamping production
- Operate and maintain presses ranging from 100 to 800+ tonnage
- Read and interpret blueprints to meet production specifications
- Use mics, calipers, and other tools to ensure quality control
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience with setting up progressive dies in the metal stamping industry
- Familiarity with equipment ranging from 100 to 800+ tonnage presses
- Strong math skills for measurements and calculations
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of mics and calipers

The base salary range for this position is $41,600 $52,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
